Hey, y’all! Happy Friday. Hope you’ve had a great week.
It’s been a while but I wanted to share a “Cookie Friday” recipe with you. These are so good and yes, I think irresistible.
1 1/2 cup Honey graham crackers, finely crushed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a food processor finely crush graham crackers and put in a bowl.
3. Mix flour and baking powder in with the graham crackers.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together milk, butter, and vanilla until smooth using an electric mixer.
5. Add in dry mixture until moistened.
6. Mix in chocolate chips.
7. Scoop out by tablespoonful's on a cookie sheet. The batter is kind of a wet batter.
8. Bake about 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
Enjoy!
So, if you’re heading out this weekend to a local BBQ festival or just hanging around the house, I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!
Hope you have a great weekend!
