Banana Bread Cobbler

This is a new winner in our house. It is delicious...Thanks Southern Living!
Cobbler:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 medium bananas, sliced
 
Struesel Topping:
3/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
 
 
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk together flour, sugar, and milk until blended. Whisk in melted butter. Pour batter into a lightly greased 11X7 inch baking dish. Top with banana slices, and sprinkle with struesel topping.

2. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with vanilla Ice cream.
