Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

 

2 cups Bisquick

2/3 cup milk

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1-2 tsp. minced garlic {depending on how garlic-y you want them}

1/4 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a bowl mix all ingredients until dough forms.

Spray and muffin pan with Pam. Spoon dough into 9 of the muffin cups.

{I like to fill the plain cups half way with water so they won’t burn}

Bake for 10-12 minutes until done.

**Now, you don’t have to mix the butter into the mix. You can leave that part out and then brush each biscuit with the butter when they’re finished baking…it’s up to you.
