Banana Split Pie

Yesterday we made a Banana Split Pie. It is really good and summery, and I thought a nice treat for my parents who are visiting. So, the kids and I (with a little help from Mama Suzy) made the pie. Here it goes:

2 cups cold milk
2 pkg (4-serving size) Jell-o Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 Honey Maid Graham Pie Crust (6oz)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1-2 bananas, sliced
1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip, thawed
Maraschino Cherries, sliced, drained
chocolate syrup
chopped pecans
Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes, and beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Spread 1 1/2 cups of the pudding onto bottom of crust.

Top pudding with pineapple and bananas.

Add half of the whipped topping to the rest of the pudding and mix well. Spread it on top of the bananas.
Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding mixture within 1 inch of the edge of the crust. Line the outside with Maraschino cherries. Cool in fridge a couple of hours to set before you serve. When you serve you can drizzle slices with chocolate syrup and pecans; and there you have it...Banana Split Pie.
