Loaded Baked Potato Dip

 

1 {2.1oz} package -  fully cooked bacon slices

1 {16oz} -  container sour cream

2 cups – freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 Tbsp. – dried chives {or 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives}

2 tsp. – hot sauce

Microwave bacon according to package directions until crisp; drain on paper towel.

Cool 10 minutes; crumble, stir together bacon and next 4 ingredients.

Cover and chill 1-24 hours before serving.

Serve with crispy, warm waffle fries.
