Spinach and Cheese Dip

 

1 8ox pkg – Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup – mayo

1/3 cup – sliced green onions

1 10oz pkg – frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry

1 cup Italian Style shredded cheese blend

1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers

Beat cream cheese, mayo, and half the onions in medium bowl with electric mixer until well blended.

Add spinach; mix until just blended.

Stir in cheese and peppers; cover.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with remaining onions just before serving.

Serve with crackers and fresh vegetables.
